PAYMENT TYPES

Blue Velvet Shoes accepts major debit and credit cards. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

CONFIRMATION OF ORDER

Once your order has been received by us, you will receive a confirmation by phone or email.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

The confirmation you receive is a confirmation we have received your order and not a guarantee of stock availability. If we are unable to fulfil your order, you will be contacted in 2-3 working days.

HEEL HEIGHTS

Heel heights given are an approximate measurement taken from the inside of the heel and are a guide only.

SIZES

All sizes are shown in UK sizes.

EXCHANGE AND REFUND

Shop purchases: Please retain your receipt. We will gladly offer an exchange, credit note or full refund within 14 days for sale and non sale items, providing the items are unworn in original packaging with proof of purchase. For a full refund you will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days of goods being received back to our store. All in-store purchases must be returned in-store and cannot be returned via post. If you purchase items with a gift card, please retain your gift card and receipt for us to process your refund.

Online orders: Please return full priced items within 21 days, and sale items within 14 days from when you received them.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

RETURNS

Customers are responsible to pay for any shipment costs when returning goods. All returns need to state whether an exchange or refund is required.

HOW ARE YOUR ITEMS DELIVERED

UK: Your items are sent by Royal Mail 48 hrs Special Delivery. On receipt of the goods, a signature will be required.
